National Urban Development Projects – In Collaboration with Orascom Construction & Arab Contractors

A strategic series of government-led construction and infrastructure initiatives, implemented in cooperation with Orascom Construction and Arab Contractors, focused on building sustainable residential neighborhoods, religious institutions, and public safety facilities across Egypt's New Administrative Capital and Suez.

1. R2 & R6 Residential Neighborhoods – New Administrative Capital

Development of high-density residential zones within the New Capital. These neighborhoods are designed to provide modern housing, complete with green spaces, road infrastructure, and integrated public services, contributing to the national housing strategy.

2. Mosque Construction (SI) – Governmental District

Construction of a significant Islamic place of worship within the Governmental District, built with architectural and cultural emphasis to serve employees and visitors in the administrative core of the capital.

3. Ministries District – Infrastructure & Public Safety Buildings

Development of key civic structures including:

• Mosque Construction (NI) within the Ministries District

• Ambulance and Fire-Fighting Stations designed to meet emergency response requirements for government facilities, ensuring safety and readiness in the administrative sector.

4. Residence for All Egyptians – Suez Governorate

As part of the “Residence for All Egyptians” initiative, this project includes:

• 158 Buildings – Plot No. 1

• 162 Buildings – Plot No. 2
  These residential blocks are built to provide affordable, high-quality housing in Suez, supporting equitable urban expansion and social stability.
